ga555 Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions apply between the ga555 platform (hereinafter referred to as "ga555" or "we") and any registered or unregistered user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member"). By accessing ga555's website, app, or any digital channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

1.2 — Applicability

These terms apply to all services on ga555 — including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and any other gaming activities. Reading this entire document before creating an account or participating in any game on ga555 is mandatory.

2.3 — One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on ga555. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses or earnings in those accounts will be cancelled. For security purposes, do not share your account details with anyone.

3.1 — Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Any changes to your name, phone number, or payment details must be reported to the ga555 support team promptly. Providing false information will be considered a breach of this agreement.

3.2 — Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat or email. ga555 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.3 — Right to Suspend or Close an Account

ga555 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Evidence of bot or automated software use
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Abusive behaviour toward other members or ga555 staff

4.3 — Payment Methods & Verification

The payment method used on the account must be registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not acceptable. If such transactions are detected, ga555 may cancel the payment and place the account under investigation.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. ga555 does not currently process transactions through any method other than these four mobile financial services.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

ga555 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw earnings from that bonus.

5.3 — General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• ga555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated earnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or different identities will be treated as fraudulent behaviour.

7.1 — Bet Acceptance

Not all bets placed on ga555 are automatically confirmed. ga555 reserves the right to cancel or review a bet due to technical errors, odds changes, or any other reason. The amount of a cancelled bet will be automatically returned to the account.

7.2 — Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is officially cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded. If an event is suspended, the outcome will be determined in accordance with ga555's policy. The final result of each bet will be determined based on ga555's internal review.

7.3 — Single & Multiple Bets

Both single bets and multiple bets combining several events can be placed on ga555. In the case of a multiple bet, if any one selection is cancelled, it will either be calculated excluding that selection or the entire bet will be considered void — at ga555's discretion.

8.1 — Self-Control Tools

ga555 helps members manage their own gaming limits. You can request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary suspension on your account. For assistance with this, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

8.2 — Self-Exclusion

Any member may request to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently (Self-Exclusion). This request can be made through the support team. Attempting to create a new account while self-exclusion is active is a violation of these terms.

9.1 — Data Collection & Use

ga555 uses your personal information for account verification, payment processing, and improving service quality. Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties, except where legally required. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

9.2 — Cookies & Technology

Cookies and similar technologies are used on the ga555 website to improve user experience and ensure security. By using the platform, you are considered to have consented to the use of cookies.

10.1 — Technical Issues

ga555 will not be directly liable for any loss caused by a game or transaction being interrupted due to internet disconnection, server errors, power outages, or other technical issues. However, for verifiable losses, we will endeavour to find an appropriate resolution.

10.2 — Third-Party Services

ga555 does not have full control over the quality or availability of services provided by game providers used on the platform (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.). ga555's liability for issues caused by third-party service disruptions is limited.

10.3 — Gaming Losses

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. You are placing bets knowingly and of your own free will — full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from this lies with you. ga555 never claims that gaming is a guaranteed source of income.

11.3 — Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete legal agreement between ga555 and you. No verbal or unwritten promises or agreements beyond these are valid.
